We want to make the Velodrome as welcoming and accessible to everyone as possible, for everyone who visits to have a great time and for everyone to feel safe when they are at the track. In most cases it is best to raise and complaints or concerns with a member of staff you know and trust, or by emailing info@hernehillvelodrome.com . If your complaint relates to a safeguarding or child welfare concern you should read the information here and contact the appropriate person immediately.
