ADULT ROAD BIKE CRIT SKILLS (14YRS+)

The session is aimed at those thinking about participating in crit racing for the first time, or those looking to brush up on their skills. We’ll be practising cornering, group riding and bike handling amongst other skills, and introducing crit-specific racecraft.

Youth Cycle Club
(8-14yrs)

An open after-school youth club session. We will play cycling games that will build bike handling skills through fun, creative challenges, with experienced cycling coaches on hand to lead the session. This hour-long session will develop positive associations with cycling and a life-long love of riding!

ROAD BIKE TRAINING / TIME TRIAL BIKE TRAINING (18YRS+)

An open session for riders aged 18yrs+ wishing to use their road bikes or TT bikes on the track for structured training. Helmet and gloves must be worn and bikes must be in good working order.

BRITISH CYCLING YOUTH TALENT DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

This session is for Youth A+B and Junior racers, with their own road bike, who want to join local British Cycling coaches to push their crit racing skills to the limit with new courses and drills every week.

Wheels for Wellbeing (WfW) is an award-winning charity supporting disabled people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of cycling.

They run weekly drop-in sessions at HHV with a huge variety of bikes available, catering for riders with a range of disabilities.

Young or old, it’s never too late to learn to ride a bike and our flat, traffic-free site is the perfect place. We have our regular Learn to Cycle sessions for kids aged 2-15yrs and adults and we can arrange bespoke sessions for kids, adults or groups. Click below for more info or email us
