The South London Grand Prix returns to Herne Hill Velodrome in 2025, the big highlight of our racing calendar with two days of thrilling high-speed UCI track racing and excitement as we bring top UK talent and international track racers to South London.

How to book

Water
Bring a reusable water bottle - there are drinking taps on site to refill.

Waste
No glass is permitted on site. Please think sustainably and bring reusable tupperware and reduce the amount of single use plastic you bring. Separate your rubbish: recycle as much as possible in marked bins on site. 

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, as long as they are kept on a lead whilst on site. Please bring your own water vessels and take any mess with you. Be advised it is likely to be crowded with loud noises (starter pistols are used in track racing).

Food and Drink

Please help to support the event and HHV by buying from Jan’s Cafe and the food vendors on site. Glass containers and bottles are not allowed on site.

Jan’s Cafe (Pavilion Upstairs)
Serving up frites through the event, alongside Bianca Road Brew Co. beers, Volcano Coffee, ice cream from Oddono’s Gelati and plenty of other soft drinks.

We’ll be joined outside by Lil Watan, Gosia’s Table and Aria Artisan Pizza too.

Getting Here
Parking on site will be reserved for accessible parking, racers and officials: please do not drive to this event.

We're closest to Herne Hill (trains run to/from London Victoria, London Blackfriars and London St Pancras) and North Dulwich (trains run to/from London Bridge) stations, both a 10 min walk to our site.

There are lots of shared e-bikes available in South London and you'll be able to use these to travel to our site (Lime & Forest) - please park your shared bike on site in the designated parking zone at the end of the drive and do not block access on nearby streets / driveways.

Plenty of bike parking will be provided but please do bring a lock to secure your bike to the stand provided.
