ROAD BIKE riding (18YRS+)

An open session for riders aged 18yrs+ wishing to use their road bikes or TT bikes on the track for riding or your own structured training.

This is an uncoached session. Please 'check in’ with staff before entering the track to let us know you’re here and also to receive the safety briefing.

Helmet and gloves must be worn and bikes must be in good working order.

An alternative to long rides for time-crunched cyclists and triathletes. This coached session is focused on giving riders quality longer mid intensity interval training on the safety of the track.

YOUTH A, B & Junior DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

This session is for Youth A+B and Junior racers, with their own road bike, who want to join local British Cycling coaches to push their crit racing skills to the limit with new courses and drills every week.

ACCESSIBLE CYCLING

Wheels for Wellbeing (WfW) is an award-winning charity supporting disabled people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of cycling.

They run weekly drop-in sessions at HHV with a huge variety of bikes available, catering for riders with a range of disabilities.
