How do the Races Work?
Youth 12 Laps of Christmas Reverse Win-Out 12 Lap race with sprints every lap. The winner of the first sprint is 12th, wins a prize and is out, the winner of the second sprint is 11th, wins a prize and is out…the winner of the final sprint is 1st.
11-9 laps to go, only U10 eligible for prizes
8-6 laps to go, only U12 & U10 eligible for prizes
5-3 laps to go, only U14, U12 & U10 eligible for prizes
2-0 laps to go, All riders eligible for prizes

Youth Chocolate Chase Race 20 Lap Race with younger riders given a head start. Work together with riders in your age group to catch/stay away from the other age groups. You can only join a faster group passing you if you are on the same lap. If you aren’t on the same lap a commissaire will be waving a red flag to indicate that you can’t join them - if you break this rule you will be disqualified.
Senior Christmas Chase Race 25km (55.5 laps) Race with Women, Cs & Bs given a head start. Work together with riders in your category to catch/stay away from the other groups. You can only join a faster group passing you if you are on the same lap. If you aren’t on the same lap a commissaire will be waving a red flag to indicate that you can’t join them - if you break this rule you will be disqualified.
