“I’m a Colombian rider, born and raised in London, where I grew up racing at Herne Hill Velodrome. I later moved to Colombia to pursue my career and became a national champion. This year, I’m looking forward to returning to the UK to race at the South London GP.”

Born and raised in South Africa, now studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Derby on a Scholarship.
Started Track Cycling at 19 years of age.
Previous National South African Champ and multiple National and Continental medalist.

Amber Joseph
“I’m Amber Joseph, proudly representing Barbados as a 10-time National Medalist and multiple Pan-American Champion. For seven years, I competed in endurance cycling at the elite level, racing internationally and gaining invaluable experience against some of the best in the world. Recently, I decided to return to my roots in sprinting — the discipline where my cycling journey first began. Sprinting demands a different kind of focus and power, and I’m excited to test myself in this new chapter of my career. I’ve always enjoyed racing at Herne Hill, and I’m looking forward to getting back on the track and competing there again.”

Álvaro Navas
My name is Álvaro Navas, I’m a 20-year-old Spanish track cyclist and a member of the Spanish National Elite Track Team. I’ve competed in three World Championships and five European Championships, proudly representing Spain on the international stage. Over the years, I’ve achieved multiple podiums and victories in international competitions, and I’m fully committed to continuing my growth and performance in elite track cycling.

Ryan Byrne
Multiple Elite Irish champion on the track and was fighting for a podium at last year’s SLGP in the omnium. Always enjoy getting the crowd going with my on track antics. South London GP was always my favourite UCI event in Europe due to the crowds it attracts and buzz from them. Looking forward to seeing you all in August.
Autumn Collins
“I began track racing in Herne Hill as an u16 rider when my dad was based in London. Off the back of my experience in the UK I began getting selections for the Irish national track team on track. I am now domestically based after a few years of international racing. Career highlights are over 10 national championships on the track.”
Aimee Dickson
Aimee is Ireland's no1 ranked female sprinter. She is coming to the end of a busy summer of racing, including three weeks spent at the 2028 Olympic velodrome in Los Angeles. She is a student at Loughborough University, studying sports science. Member of the Loughborough Cycling Academy programme; and of the Loughborough team which won the 2025 BUCS women's university championship by a single point.Holds several Irish junior records, including the outdoor flying 200 record set at Herne Hill in 2023."
Ian Donnelly
Coming from racing track back in Ireland, Ian now competes at both Herne Hill and Lee Valley Velodromes. He is the current Irish National Individual Pursuit Champion.
Karl Twomey
“Flying the veterans flag! Hopefully still a bit of life in the old dog yet. Late to the cycling game and only properly got into racing 3 years ago. Originally from a rugby and gaelic sports background. Did ultra cycling for a number of years. I've caught the track bug and now a track league regular.”

Alexandre Poteau
“Hello, I am Alexandre Poteau. I like to travel the UCI races to prepare the French elites and the world masters. Last year I was in a UCI team and this year I am doing my preparation with the elite EKOI NTT team which supports me 100%. A great northern team with qualified people. My best ranking in the UCI sprint general classification is 139th, with more than top10 in UCI class 1 and 2 competition. I am currently French master champion.”
